Log-in double request

I logged in using an email and password and even though the initial login was successful, I was prompted to log in again as though it wasn't. Once I hit refresh on my browser, I was logged in and all was fine for a moment, but when I attempted to enter a feedback entry it logged me out again and I had to reset everything from the start, almost as though I had never held an account even though it showed my image and a green online dot. I do have a screen shot if that would be helpful.
